Shipping Policy

At Graduation Outlet, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Shipping Guarantees & Carrier Delays

FedEx updates its Money-Back Guarantee policy periodically. Refunds for late shipments are governed strictly by FedEx’s current policy. We cannot issue shipping refunds unless the delay qualifies under FedEx’s official Money-Back Guarantee.

There are no refunds for shipping delays caused by events beyond the carrier’s control, including but not limited to weather-related delays or transportation disruptions. Graduation Outlet is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.

This policy also applies to packages marked as delivered or signed for by the carrier but claimed as not received by the customer. Graduation Outlet is not responsible for replacing these packages.

 

 

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Shipping times vary based on the carrier and service selected. Transit times listed below reflect carrier estimates and do not include order processing time.

USPS Shipping

  • USPS Flat Rate Shipping: No tracking and no guaranteed transit time
  • USPS Ground Advantage: Approximately 2–16 business days based on location
  • USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 3–7 business days

FedEx Shipping

  • FedEx Ground: Approximately 1–7 business days based on location
  • FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days after the order ships
  • FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days after the order ships
  • FedEx Priority Overnight: Next business day after the order ships
  • FedEx First Overnight: Next business day by 1:00 PM after the order ships

Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Orders do not ship on weekends, and carriers do not count weekends when calculating delivery time. The day an order ships does not count as Day 1; transit time begins the following business day.

Orders shipping via USPS are processed last and carry no delivery-time guarantees.

 


 

 

Order Processing & Availability

Saturday and Sunday are not delivery or processing days and do not count toward transit time.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to discuss your options, including delayed shipment or alternative products. No substitutions will be made without your prior approval.

Clearance and sale items are subject to availability. If a clearance item is no longer available, we will contact you to ask whether you would like the remaining quantity shipped or the item canceled. Graduation Outlet is not obligated to substitute items at the clearance price.

Customers are welcome to call or email us to check product availability before placing an order.

 

 

Delivery Timing & Expedited Shipping

Shipping time refers only to the carrier’s transit time and does not include processing time.

Selecting expedited shipping (such as next-day or 2-day delivery) does not guarantee delivery the day after an order is placed. Expedited orders depend on product availability and must be placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM Eastern Time to qualify for same-day processing.

Orders placed after business hours on Friday will ship the following week.

Same-day shipping applies only to next-day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping methods and must be placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

If you enter a requested delivery date and we cannot meet that timeline, we will contact you immediately. Rush processing or expedited handling may result in additional charges.

All shipments are sent without signature confirmation by default. If a signature is required, you must contact us prior to shipment and pay the additional fee.

 

 

Returns, Refusals & Address Corrections

If an order is refused at delivery, Graduation Outlet reserves the right to charge additional handling and shipping fees.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment, suite, office, or box numbers. Any fees charged by the carrier to correct an address will be billed to the customer and may delay delivery.

Address changes requested after an order has shipped are subject to a $25 address change fee. Once an order has left our facility, we cannot intercept or modify the shipment.

If you do not wish to keep an order after delivery, it must be returned unopened, unworn, and at your own shipping expense within 5 days of receipt.

 

 

International Shipping

All international shipments are subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges, regardless of the shipping method selected. These fees are determined by the carrier and destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping charges paid to Graduation Outlet at checkout, and we have no ability to predict or control these charges.

Shipments going out of the USA via UPS/Fed EX are subject to Brokerage Charges and Customs Charges. These fees are between the receiver and the carrier and are not a part of the shipping fees you pay to Graduation Outlet at the time your order is placed. We do not have any foresight into what these fees will be.

 

 

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If Graduation Outlet ships an incorrect or damaged item, we will replace it promptly.

All claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for inspecting their shipments upon receipt.

Replacements will be shipped promptly to help ensure timely delivery for your event, provided notification is received within the required timeframe.

Graduation Outlet is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft that occurs after delivery at the customer’s location, which is why this reporting window is strictly enforced.
