Shipping Policy
At Graduation Outlet, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Methods
1. Standard Shipping
- Processing / Handling Time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping Time: 3–24 days from ship date
Standard Shipping Methods:
- USPS Flat Rate: No tracking, no guaranteed transit time
- USPS Ground Advantage: Approximately 2–16 business days (location dependent)
- USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 3–7 business days
- FedEx Ground: Approximately 1–7 business days (location dependent)
2. Expedited Shipping
- Processing / Handling Time: 0–1 business days
- Shipping Time: 1–3 days from ship date
Expedited Shipping Methods:
- FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days after shipping
- FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days after shipping
- FedEx Priority Overnight: Next business day after shipping
- FedEx First Overnight: Next business day by 1:00 PM after shipping
Business Days & Carrier Notes
Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Orders do not ship on weekends, and carriers do not count weekends when calculating delivery time. The day an order ships does not count as Day 1; transit time begins the following business day.
Orders shipping via USPS are processed last and carry no delivery-time guarantees.
Manufacturing Lead Times
- Dedication to Quality: Our commitment to high quality means that every item is made with care and precision.
- Understanding Delays: Some items—especially custom or personalized products—require manufacturing time prior to shipping (typically 3–4 weeks).
Order Modifications & Cancellation
- Immediate Action Required: Orders may only be modified or canceled before they ship. Please contact us by phone or email immediately if changes are needed.
- Post-Shipping Orders: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on returns or refunds.
Incorrect Address Information
- Ensure Accuracy: Please double-check all delivery details at checkout.
- Responsibility for Loss: We cannot be held responsible for lost or unclaimed packages due to incorrect address information.
- Package Recovery: For confirmed deliveries or missing packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Undeliverable Packages Returned to Us
If a package is returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable or refused, even if the address is correct, we are not held responsible for reshipping the item at no cost or refunding you for the original shipping.
If you want to have the package reshipped, you must pay for shipping charges again.
Taxes & Duties
- Local Levies: Taxes and duties imposed by local authorities or governments are beyond our control.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.
International Shipping
- Worldwide Delivery: We ship to many international locations. For country-specific details or restrictions, please contact us via email.
- Additional Charges: International shipments may incur additional customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery.
Delayed Deliveries
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over delivery timing. Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- High order volume during holidays or sales
- Carrier operational issues
- Customs clearance processes
Money Back Guarantee Policy
FedEx updates their money back policy periodically. To see what the latest money back guarantee policy is for late shipments, see their disclaimer here at the following link. There are no refunds for shipping on delayed packages cause by events beyond the control of FEDEX, such as weather delays. For a full list of exclusions, please read FEDEX's policy online here
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. For example, if your item is delayed due to inclement weather or a transportation delay, we are not responsible and are not liable to issue a refund. Once we hand the package off to the carrier, it is beyond our control.
The same applies to packages that are marked delivered or signed for, but customer claims are not delivered.
Graduation Outlet is not responsible for replacing the package.
