Kid's size stoles are approximately 17 inches long on each size
Stoles are printed not embroidered
Stoles are printed vertically and in all capital letters unless requested otherwise.
All artwork MUST be emailed in true vector format .eps file. If you do not have your artwork in this format, we may not be able to print your logo.
**Most orders take about 1-2 weeks to make before they can ship**
If you decide to cancel the order:
1. Orders placed with a credit card will be deducted 8% to cover credit card transaction fees
2. Orders placed with Paypal will be deducted 4% to cover PayPal transaction fees
Custom made items require prepayment and approval to begin production
***Number of sides to be printed means do you want printing on both the left and right side or just one. Select "1" in the drop down if you only want printing on Left OR the Right side. Select "2" in the dropdown if you want printing on both the Left AND the Right side****
If you select "1" in the drop down, enter NONE when it asks what you want printed on the side that will be blank

Important
Orders with Expedited Shipping (3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day) placed after 1:00 PM EST will not be processed until the next business day. FedEx deliveries are made on standard business days only (Monday - Friday, except holidays and weather permitting). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are a premium service for which you must contact us by phone for availability and pricing. Flat rate shipping will not have an assigned tracking number.
Handling Time
All Orders for “ In Stock” products will ship out within 1-3 business days. Orders placed using Express Shipping (3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day) will ship out the same day if placed before 1pm EST, otherwise, your order will ship the following business day.
If your order contains a "Custom Product", your handling time will be 3-6 weeks, depending on the product. You will be notified via e-mail after placing your order regarding the expected lead time. Lead times are subject to change.
Out of Stock Products
If any item(s) are out of stock, we will e-mail you within 1-4 business days of the order being placed. We will advise you of options in terms of the estimated delivery date or close substitions that are available for immediate shipment if the later delivery date is not a workable option for you. Under no circumstances will we make a substitution without your consent.
International Shipping
The international shipping charges paid at checkout strictly covers the cost of shipping the order. They do not include Customs Duties or Brokerage Fees. All carriers charge Customs Duties when crossing international borders. Brokerage fees are not charged by the Post Office, only private carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Neither the customs duties nor the brokerage fees are paid for by Graduation Outlet. We have no means to estimate what these charges will be. Both charges will be collected from you directly by the carrier prior to final delivery.
