Gowns are available in Matte Black with Black, Red, or PhD blue Velvet Stripes on sleeves and down the front of the gown. Gowns have bell sleeves, they do not have cuffs
Gown Finish: Matte Finish. Approximately 250 grams per square meter
Gown Colors: Black Gowns with Black, PHD Blue or Red Velvet Stripes
Includes regular, 4-sided cap and regular tassel with year charm. For students 4'9" or taller. We cannot guarantee the caps will fit all the students in this height range, but they will fit most.
Does NOT include 8-sided velvet tam, metallic doctoral tassel.

Gowns are already tailored to land in between the calf and the knee when the person is measured correctly.
How to measure:
1. Height from head to toes with shoes on
2. Chest - all the way around the largest part. Do not include arms.
We carry a large stock of hoods; however, all hoods can be customized with the colors you require for no extra cost! If the colors you require are not in stock, it will take about 4-6 weeks to have it made for you. Choose your colors from the drop-down list. A representative will contact you if the colors you select are not in stock.
You are welcome to call us to inquire if we have your hood color combination in stock before you place the order if you cannot wait 4-6 weeks.
If you decide to cancel the order:
1. Orders placed with a credit card will be deducted 8% to cover the credit card transaction fees
2. Orders placed with PayPal will be deducted 4% to cover the Paypal transaction fees
If you want the hood to ship when it is ready and the rest of the items to ship first, there will be an extra $15 fee

Important
Orders with Expedited Shipping (3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day) placed after 1:00 PM EST will not be processed until the next business day. FedEx deliveries are made on standard business days only (Monday - Friday, except holidays and weather permitting). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are a premium service for which you must contact us by phone for availability and pricing. Flat rate shipping will not have an assigned tracking number.
Handling Time
All Orders for “ In Stock” products will ship out within 1-3 business days. Orders placed using Express Shipping (3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day) will ship out the same day if placed before 1pm EST, otherwise, your order will ship the following business day.
If your order contains a "Custom Product", your handling time will be 3-6 weeks, depending on the product. You will be notified via e-mail after placing your order regarding the expected lead time. Lead times are subject to change.
Out of Stock Products
If any item(s) are out of stock, we will e-mail you within 1-4 business days of the order being placed. We will advise you of options in terms of the estimated delivery date or close substitions that are available for immediate shipment if the later delivery date is not a workable option for you. Under no circumstances will we make a substitution without your consent.
International Shipping
The international shipping charges paid at checkout strictly covers the cost of shipping the order. They do not include Customs Duties or Brokerage Fees. All carriers charge Customs Duties when crossing international borders. Brokerage fees are not charged by the Post Office, only private carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Neither the customs duties nor the brokerage fees are paid for by Graduation Outlet. We have no means to estimate what these charges will be. Both charges will be collected from you directly by the carrier prior to final delivery.
